Childcare Benefits
CHILD CARE BENEFIT (CCB) AND 50% CASH REBATE
The Commonwealth Government provides assistance to parents with the cost of quality child care known as Child Care Benefit (CCB). Our centre is registered and approved for CCB. Child Care Benefit is paid directly to the centre, or may be applied for as a lump sum directly by parents at the end of the financial year.
It is subject to residency tests, as well as assessment of gross family income and assets. Families are advised to contact the Family Assistance Office (FAO) to get specific details of benefits that they may be eligible for. All families must apply for a CCB reference number upon enrolment at the service to be eligible to claim CCB and the 50% Tax Rebate.
Further information and claim forms to apply for CCB can be obtained from the FAO. The Centre Reference Number (CRN) for applying to the Family Assistance Office to link your CCB eligibility is available at the service.
