Doncaster Early learning childcare and kindergarten believe that a professional team of dedicated educators is the key to providing quality care for your child. Educators are professionals who recognise the importance of effective communication and interactions between educators and children, educators and parents and between educators. Educators are encouraged to participate in all aspects of the centre, and to a collaborative decision-making process involving management, educators and parents. Our professional team comprises of:

1. Qualified Kindergarten Teachers

2. Qualified Educators (Diploma)

3. Qualified Child Care Assistants

4. Qualified Chef

Qualified Educators are employed to be responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating developmentally appropriate programs for the children based on detailed background information, observations and an understanding of early childhood development. Qualified educators have a minimum 2 year diploma in early childhood development. Kindergarten Teachers have a minimum degree in early childhood development. All educators are encouraged to participate in a variety of professional in-service training opportunities to further develop their knowledge and skills in the field of early childhood.

Educators aim to guide children in a positive way and initiate and maintain communication with children that conveys respect and promotes equality. Educators aim to respect the individual needs and cultural diversity of individual children and their families, and their programs include a multi-cultural and anti-bias perspective.
